Start with our FREE MMA fitness introductory classes
For those interested in our MMA fitness classes, we offer FREE trial classes that you can participate in alongside other members. You'll feel first hand the benefits of combining cardio and strength exercises using mixed martial arts techniques and training drills.
These classes are also a great opportunity to meet our instructors, view our facilities, and get a feel for the gym and its members.
What do I bring to my introduction class?
It is advised that those participating in an intro class bring plenty of water and wear athletic clothing such as sweatpants or shorts and a tee shirt. Please show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
